1. Organiser
Tajibo Events B.V., KvK [KVK-NUMMER], [ADRES], Netherlands. Email: info@tajibo.nl. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
2. Ticket Sales
Tickets are sold exclusively through authorised third-party platforms (currently Eventbrite and/or Dice). Tajibo is not responsible for technical failures, payment processing errors, or the privacy practices of those platforms.
A ticket purchase constitutes a binding agreement between the buyer and Tajibo Events B.V. for attendance at the specified event.
Ticket prices include applicable Dutch VAT (BTW). All prices are listed in euros (€).
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets for events are generally non-refundable once purchased, in accordance with Art. 6:230p sub e of the Dutch Civil Code (exemption for leisure activities at a specific date/time).
If Tajibo cancels an event entirely: all ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.
If Tajibo postpones an event: ticket holders will be offered a transfer to the new date or, where permitted by the ticketing platform, a refund.
Force majeure: if an event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, government order, pandemic, etc.), Tajibo will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. Refunds in force-majeure situations are at the organiser's discretion, consistent with Dutch law.
For refund requests: contact info@tajibo.nl with your order number within 7 days of the cancellation announcement.
4. Age Restriction — 18+
ALL Tajibo events are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Entry will be refused to anyone unable to prove they are at least 18 years of age.
A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or Dutch driver's licence) is required at the door for all attendees. Digital copies are not accepted.
No refund will be given if entry is refused due to failure to present valid ID or due to the attendee being under 18.
5. Right of Admission
Tajibo reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the venue without providing a reason, within the limits of Dutch anti-discrimination law (AWGB).
Grounds for refusal or removal include (but are not limited to): breach of these terms, disruptive behaviour, intoxication, or failure to comply with venue rules.
No refund is given to persons removed for rule violations.
6. Code of Conduct — Safe Space
Tajibo is committed to being a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for all people regardless of gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, disability, or body type.
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Harassment, intimidation, or unwanted physical contact of any kind.
• Discrimination based on any protected characteristic.
• The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or substances.
• Any form of violence or aggressive behaviour.
• Photography or recording of other attendees without their explicit consent.
Violations will result in immediate removal from the venue and may be reported to the police. No refund is given in case of removal.
If you witness or experience a code of conduct violation, please notify venue staff or security immediately.

Tajibo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
The venue's own terms and conditions also apply and take precedence with respect to the physical premises.
